At the show, GEA will present a new platform dedicated to energy and plant performance management. Based on EDGE technology, it facilitates information collection to optimize energy consumption, interfaces with plant management applications and ensures effective data storage and sharing.

Each day on 3–5 May at 10:30 AM, for instance, we’ll be hosting a “Discover Bakery” session in the on-stand hospitality room during which we’ll demonstrate how visitors can use GEA equipment can handle alternative raw materials for the baking industry. And, at 5:00 PM, Davide Di Nunno will discuss technologies for meat analogues (3 May), new snack shapes (4 May) and high-protein pasta (5 May).
